Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice, as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  You can call 099138599, email to kiwilashnbrow@gmail.com or text only to 0224559551 to give us the notice. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 24 hours' notice.

We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

In the case of emergencies or if you wake up sick for your appointment, we require at least 4 hours’ notice. Appointments that aren’t cancelled within 4 hours will be considered a “no show” and you will loose your deposit.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Repeated late arrivals may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our salon. Payments cover the artist's time, products, and service-related expenses. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services or products. If dissatisfied, contact us within 5 days for a discussion. If concerns are valid, we provide a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up within that timeframe. Please note, concerns raised after 5 days or due to non-compliance with aftercare instructions won't be addressed.
